Withdraw from contract

Opsionic services are offered to businesses and professionals only (B2B), as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Business clients have no statutory right of withdrawal; subscriptions can instead be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, from your account page.

The form below exists for one situation only: where mandatory consumer-protection law grants a statutory right of withdrawal that cannot be excluded. Providing this form is a legal courtesy — it does not create, extend, or promise any withdrawal right beyond what the law itself requires, and submitting it is not an automatic acceptance: every request is reviewed against the applicable legal requirements.
